NO.1 Truck Doctor Terms of Use Agreement

1. Introduction

Welcome to NO.1 Truck Doctor, a platform connecting truck drivers with truck mechanics and service providers for truck-related solutions, including mobile truck repairs, truck repair shops, towing, tire repair, mobile truck tire repair, and a marketplace for buying and selling truck parts.

The terms "NO.1 Truck Doctor," "us," "we," and "our" refer to NO.1 Truck Doctor, the owner of this platform. The term "you" refers to the user or viewer of this platform, including truck drivers, mechanics, vendors, and other users.

THIS AGREEMENT MAY BE UPDATED AT ANY TIME WITHOUT SPECIFIC NOTICE. THE LATEST VERSION WILL BE POSTED ON OUR PLATFORM. CONTINUED USE INDICATES ACCEPTANCE OF ANY REVISIONS.

2. Limited License & Permitted Uses

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Access and use the platform strictly in accordance with this Agreement.
• Search for or list truck-related services, including repairs, towing, and sales.
• Print discrete information from the platform for personal use while maintaining copyright notices.

3. Restrictions & Prohibited Uses

You shall not:

• Copy, republish, or sell platform content.
• Use automated bots or scraping technologies.
• Reverse engineer or disrupt platform operations.
• Use the platform for fraudulent or illegal purposes.

4. Vendor Registration & Listing Fee

• Vendor Listing Fee: Vendors must pay a non-refundable fee of $500 to be featured on NO.1 Truck Doctor.
• Listing Approval: NO.1 Truck Doctor reserves the right to approve, modify, or remove vendor listings at any time.

5. User Accounts & Responsibilities

• Users may create an account to enhance their experience and access additional platform features.
• Users must provide accurate and truthful information when registering an account.
• NO.1 Truck Doctor reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, engage in fraudulent activity, or violate these terms.

6. Vendor Rating System

• Users can rate vendors based on their service experience.
• Vendors may dispute unfair ratings through a formal review process.
• NO.1 Truck Doctor does not endorse any vendor and does not guarantee service quality.

7. Privacy Policy & Data Collection

• NO.1 Truck Doctor collects user information such as name, email, phone number, and location to facilitate services.
• Payment information is processed securely via third-party payment gateways and is not stored by NO.1 Truck Doctor.
• NO.1 Truck Doctor does not sell or share personal data with third-party marketers.
• Users may request data deletion or updates by contacting NO.1 Truck Doctor support.

8. Liability & Disclaimers

• NO.1 Truck Doctor is not responsible for any disputes, damages, or losses between vendors and users.
• The platform and its content are provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
• NO.1 Truck Doctor does not guarantee service availability, accuracy, or performance.

9. Indemnification

YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND, AND HOLD NO.1 TRUCK DOCTOR AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES HARMLESS FROM ANY CLAIMS, DAMAGES, OR LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR VIOLATION OF THIS AGREEMENT.

10. Termination & Modifications

• NO.1 Truck Doctor reserves the right to modify or discontinue any portion of the platform without notice.
• We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform if you violate this Agreement.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Canada.
