1. General Refund Policy

NO.1 Truck Doctor's refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent for all users. This policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued and the process for requesting a refund.

2. Vendor Listing Fees

• Annual listing fees are non-refundable once paid.
• No refunds will be issued for early cancellation of vendor listings.
• Vendors are responsible for ensuring they understand the terms before making payment.

3. Service-Related Refunds

• Refunds for services booked through our platform are subject to the individual vendor's refund policy.
• Disputes between vendors and customers should be resolved directly between the parties involved.
• NO.1 Truck Doctor may mediate disputes but is not responsible for refunding service payments.

4. Platform Service Disruptions

• In case of significant platform service disruptions, vendors may be eligible for pro-rated refunds.
• Pro-rated refunds will be calculated based on the duration of the disruption.
• Eligibility for refunds due to service disruptions is at NO.1 Truck Doctor's sole discretion.

5. Refund Process

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@luckymechanic.com
• Refund requests will be processed within 5-7 business days.
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• You will receive email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

6. Exceptions

• No refunds will be issued for accounts terminated due to policy violations.
• No refunds will be issued for services that have already been provided.
• No refunds will be issued for platform features that were available but unused.
