NO.1 Truck Doctor Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: March 3, 2025

1. General Cancellation Policy

NO.1 Truck Doctor allows vendors to cancel their listings at any time. However, cancellations do not entitle vendors to refunds, as outlined in our Refund Policy. By using our platform, you agree to this Cancellation Policy.

2. Vendor Listing Cancellation

• Vendors may cancel their listing at any time through their account dashboard or by contacting NO.1 Truck Doctor support.
• Cancellations do not qualify for a refund, as the annual listing fee is non-refundable.
• Upon cancellation, the vendor's listing will be removed from the platform at the end of the current billing cycle.
• If a vendor wishes to reactivate their listing, they will need to complete a new registration and pay the applicable listing fee.

3. Cancellation Due to Policy Violations

• NO.1 Truck Doctor reserves the right to cancel a vendor's listing without notice if they violate the Terms of Use, Vendor Terms & Conditions, or engage in fraudulent activities.
• If a listing is removed due to non-compliance, misconduct, or fraudulent activities, the listing fee will not be refunded.
• Vendors who have been removed due to violations may be permanently banned from the platform at NO.1 Truck Doctor's discretion.

4. User Account Cancellations

• Users (truck drivers) who have created accounts may cancel their accounts at any time.
• Account cancellations will result in the loss of all stored preferences, reviews, and service history.
• Once an account is canceled, it cannot be recovered, and a new account must be created for future use.

5. Service Disruptions & Platform Modifications

• NO.1 Truck Doctor reserves the right to modify or discontinue any portion of the platform at any time without prior notice.
• If services are discontinued, vendors may be eligible for a pro-rated refund at NO.1 Truck Doctor's discretion.
